Now and again, I'll share some videos. With the expertise of my friend's daughter, Taylor, we played around with some "vlog's" a few years back. I am Italian on my dad's side and making my "Nana-Inspired" sauce is something I do quite often. Here is an episode of my quicker, 'loose-meat' sauce as my mom would say. It's from "What's Your favorite - STUFFED Food?" I was inspired to do some "What's Your Favorite" themed video's because I am so in love with that show, "The Best Thing I Ever Ate." It has been on the Food Network and The Cooking Channel. Each episode has a theme - like, "Best Thing I Ever Ate - CHEESE episode!" I loved that one! I believe it was Alex Guarnaschelli who went somewhere in NYC for a cheese soufflé - I have always wanted to try one of those! It's also something I have never attempted to make myself. Or maybe her best cheese dish was a Caesar salad in NYC? Anyway, here's the link to my episode of What's Your Favorite Stuffed dish - I made cheesy, stuffed shells and homemade sauce.
